SUCCESSFUL PAST PROGRAMS, WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
Below are just a few of the successful programs, workshops and events which we've previously held.

Participants gained a connection with others, self-confidence, awareness around helping others in the community, learnt new life skills, learned about how important making the correct choice is and learnt more about themselves, their strenghts and their talents.

THE JUST SAY PROJECT
A series of experiential workshops developed to help young men challenge their negative self talk, and consider alternative positive mindset approaches

YOUTH IN ACTION
A Community Outreach Peer Group Program, which provides opportunities for young people to come together and find ways to support others in their community.

CAMPING FOR CONNECTION
A two day camping event providing participants between the ages of 17 and 20, an opportunity to come together after several months of social isolation due to covid restrictions.

WOMEN ON A MISSION
A Community Outreach Peer Group Program, which provides opportunities for young women to come together and find tangible ways to support other women in their community

Choose Thrive is a Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing charity, located on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW.

We develop creative solutions to support vulnerable and at-risk youth within our local community. Our solutions are delivered by mental health professionals trained in supporting young people.

Our people are guided by the Catholic values of compassion, courage, and charity. We hold the core belief that given the right support, everyone has the capacity to thrive.
