We offer Individual Sessions, Peer Support Groups, Informative Talks, Mentoring Programs, Workshops & more.

SUPPORT FOR THE FAMILY
Choose Thrive supports the belief that a strong family is the foundation of thriving society. We are committed to helping the family that is behind the young person, with the aim to strengthen the child/carer relationship.

We offer talks, courses and workshops on a range of helpful topics.

Choose Thrive Christian Catholic Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub for Youth and Young Adults on the NSW Central Coast. Cafe staff are youth. A place for young people to meet with their mentor, mental health worker, coach, chaplain, pastoral care worker or counsellor. At risk and vulnerable youth. Safe. Fostering Christian and Catholic Values

Choose Thrive is dedicated to creating a space where youth & young adults can access a range of high quality mental health support, in a non-clinical, relaxed and informal environment.
